Job description:

• 1 RN for Mon-Friday from 8a-5p for 40 hrs/wk (hour lunch break included) and 1 night of on-call during the week (either Mon, Tues, Wed, or Thurs)
• Start ASAP
• 8 weeks
• EMR is Matrix Care
• 1+ yrs hospice experience required
• Must have reliable transportation to travel to patient's homes
• Mileage: paid out at $.70/mile from first visit to last visit
