First Impression Specialist Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $ 20.00 to $ 21.00 / hour
• Full Time work available
• First Shift (Monday through Friday from 07:45am to 04:30pm)

• Be the primary point of contact, warmly greeting all visitors and making a lasting positive first impression for the organization
• Deliver outstanding support on all incoming calls, expertly assisting with inquiries
• Efficiently and accurately process all incoming mail, outgoing correspondence, and return mail, ensuring timely delivery and proper handling
• Provide comprehensive administrative support to our Leadership team, including managing correspondence, scheduling appointments, and coordinating travel arrangements
• Actively contribute to our commitment to community involvement by assisting with programs for the WY Delta Dental Foundation as necessary

First Impression Specialist Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1-3 years of experience
• Exceptional customer service skills with proven experience
• Solid administrative support experience, including managing correspondence, scheduling, and general office upkeep
• Ability to provide comprehensive executive-level administrative assistance, including travel coordination
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• High level of professionalism, enthusiasm, and meticulous attention to detail
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to manage diverse responsibilities effectively
