Hand and Stone Massage and Facial Spa is seeking a full-time spa manager for our full-service spa.

As the Spa Manager, you will direct and organize the overall operation of the spa to maximize profits through exemplary customer service and customer satisfaction. Our ideal Manager will understand the necessity of collaboration and guide the staff to operate with peak efficiency through coordination, communication, and cooperation. The ideal spa manager candidate is goal oriented, and growth minded with a proven background in sales management, spa operations, and customer service.

Spa Manager Performance will be based on the following metrics:

• Membership Conversion you understand how to coach and motivate your spa team to educate and delight your clients, so they join our Lifestyle Program.
• Revenue you understand how to drive revenue via scheduling, marketing and upgrading services.
• Recruiting you are passionate about building a team of passionate spa professionals!
• Operations you measure and deliver results, create a strong member base, and deliver a consistently excellent client experience!

What you need to succeed in this role:

• 2 to 3 years management experience in the salon/spa, retail, or hospitality industry
• Flexible schedule this role requires a variety of hours which may include nights and a weekend day.
• Ability to promote the benefits of massage and skin care services.

The Spa Manager Position responsibilities include:

• Leading a staff of service professionals and front desk associates
• Demonstrated ability to balance coaching/mentoring with structured discipline
• Delivering outstanding customer experiences in spa services and retail operations
• Achieving financial results and goals
• Handle administrative tasks including but not limited to payroll, scheduling, inventory, and reporting
• Ability to work flexible schedule including days/evenings/weekends/holidays
• 2 to 3 years management experience in the salon/spa, retail, or hospitality industry
• Knowledge and understanding of all spa services and product line

Preferable Qualifications:

• One year management experience
• College degree, High school or GED equivalent
• One year sales experience
• Experience leading a team of people
• Spa experience preferred
• Full-time 40 hour per week expectation
