Housekeeping - Turndown Attendant

Overview Omni Hotels & Resorts is seeking a Housekeeping Turn Down Attendant for the Omni Dallas Hotel. The role involves providing turndown services for guest rooms and any additional duties as assigned in accordance with Omni standards. Responsibilities Respond to all guest requests appropriately. Always greet guests warmly with a smile, calling them by name whenever possible. Provide turndown services for the assigned number of guest rooms. Perform all functions of a Room Attendant and Housekeeping Houseperson as needed while warmly greeting all guests. Provide full servicing of guest rooms upon request. Offer assistance and information to guests. Remove room service trays from guest rooms. Restock caddies and refill chemical bottles for Guest Room Attendants. Encourage and build mutual trust, respect and cooperation among co‑workers; treat co‑workers fairly and equitably. Maintain a professional, neat and organized appearance according to Omni Boston Seaport standards. Respond swiftly and effectively in any emergency or safety situations; ensure a safe working and guest environment to reduce the risk of injury or accident. Attend all required department trainings and meetings. Perform any other duties required by management. Qualifications Excellent customer service and verbal communication skills. Maintain a professional business appearance, attitude, and performance. Prior housekeeping experience 1‑2 years required or other relevant environmental services experience. Must be able to stand or walk for an extended period or for an entire work shift, requiring frequent bending, reaching overhead and squatting. Willingness to work flexible hours as needed during busy times and high‑profile events, including nights, weekends and holidays. Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and handle multiple priorities. Ability to handle stressful and busy hotel operations; maintain a positive and professional demeanor and composure at all times. Reliability to report to work on time and when scheduled. Ability to maintain high standards of appearance and personal hygiene at all times.
