Starting in northeast Rochester, NY, Jordan Health has since expanded to become a network of primary care offices and health centers serving residents living in three quadrants of Rochester, NY and in Canandaigua, N.Y.Jordan Health is now seeking an LPN Union who, under the guidance of the Practice Manager, is primarily responsible for working as a member of the primary health care support team to provide quality medical aid to Jordan Center patients. This LPN job description reflects positions at the Jordan Center and can include various departments including but not limited to: Family Medicine, Pediatrics, Optometry, Podiatry, Behavioral Health, MAAT, PPC, Occupational, Transitional, Pain Management and Obstetrics.
