We are seeking experienced Buckhoist Operators to join our growing team for a major new construction project in South Florida. With multiple vacancies across Miami‐Dade, Broward, and Palm Beach , we are hiring immediately . This role is essential to safe and efficient vertical transportation of personnel and materials on high‐rise and large‐scale construction sites.

Key Responsibilities

• Hoist Operation — Safely operate buckhoist equipment to transport workers, tools, and materials.
• Safety Compliance — Follow OSHA, site‐specific, and equipment safety protocols at all times.
• Equipment Inspection — Perform daily pre‐operation checks and report any mechanical issues.
• Communication — Maintain clear communication with ground crews, signalers, and site supervisors.
• Load Management — Ensure proper loading, weight distribution, and secure transport of materials.

Required Qualifications

• Buckhoist or Construction Hoist Experience (1–3+ years preferred)
• Ability to read and follow safety procedures and load charts
• Strong communication skills and situational awareness
• Reliable transportation to job sites across South Florida
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions

Preferred Skills

• OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 Certification (REQUIRED)
• Experience on high‐rise or large commercial construction projects
• Familiarity with rigging, signaling, or material handling
