Description

American Traveler is hiring an experienced Telemetry RN for a 12-hour night shift position requiring at least 1 year of telemetry experience.

Details

• Hospital-based Telemetry unit setting
• 12-hour night shift schedule from 1845-0715
• Every other weekend required
• Floating required
• No on-call responsibilities
• Uses Altera Sunrise EMR (formerly Allscripts), which is similar to Cerner

Requirements

• Active RN license (Missouri or Compact) currently in hand
• Current certifications: BLS and ACLS
• Minimum 1 year of Telemetry RN experience required
• BSN preferred
• No prior EMR experience required, though familiarity with Cerner-like systems is helpful
• New graduates will not be considered

Additional Information

• Nicotine-free facility
• Multi-day orientation process including facility, clinical, and computer training before unit placement
• Holiday coverage required unless requested off through RTO
• Accepts local and travel candidates at the same rate
