Server Position at Main Street Grill

Main Street Grill is currently seeking a motivated Server to join our dynamic and professional service team. The ideal server candidate will:

• Serve guests with enthusiasm and professionalism,
• Complete tasks in a timely manner,
• Work closely with other wait and kitchen staff as a team,
• Be available to work flexible shift assignments, including evenings and weekends, and
• Be willing to be cross-trained into other areas and Happy Day restaurants

Job Qualifications:

• Ability to communicate clearly, effectively, and respectfully with guests and other employees
• Have a basic knowledge of dining room and service procedures and functions
• A strong work ethic and commitment to uncompromising quality
• A team-oriented approach and a calm demeanor during fast-paced, time-sensitive tasks
• Maintain high standards for work areas and appearance
• Maintain a positive attitude and commitment to excellence!
• Must be flexible with scheduling, including weekends, evenings, and holidays
• Access to reliable transportation
