Customer Engagement Manager

Serving as the primary liaison for private cloud customers, the remote Client Delivery Manager will manage customer engagements, ensuring satisfaction and commercial success throughout the onboarding, operational, and renewal phases. Key responsibilities Plan and review services in alignment with customer requirements while managing stakeholder expectations Oversee day-to-day operations, support projects, and de-escalate critical engagements Handle commercial account management to enhance customer satisfaction and drive business growth Required qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a business or technology-related field Proficiency in German and English with strong presentation and communication skills Minimum of 10 years of experience, including 2+ years in a customer-facing role in cloud or IT consulting Experience with SAP's cloud business, particularly private cloud offerings Demonstrated ability in engagement management and relationship building in international environments
