Job Title: Cath Lab RN Profession: Registered Nurse Specialty: Cath Lab Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day 4x10-Hour Hours per Shift: 10 Experience: 2 years minimum; 1 year in Cath Lab required License: Valid state license required Certifications: ACLS, BLS Must-Have: - Diagnostic cardiac cath lab experience - Cardiac stent placement - Circulate procedures - Right and left heart catheterization Description: The position is for a Cath Lab RN. Local candidates are accepted. Reduced non-billable orientation is applicable. Travelers must have a minimum of 2 years of experience, with at least 1 year in the Cath Lab. First-time travelers are not eligible. Candidates with less than 5 years of experience should not apply. Scheduling requests due to outside employment will not be considered. Weekends may exceed every other to meet unit needs. On-call requirements are between 1730-0700 weeknights and weekends. Must commit to working 3 of the 5 holidays. All travelers are expected to float between facilities. Refusal to float may result in termination of assignment or forfeiture of guaranteed hours. Candidates must disclose any licensing or background check issues upfront. References are required covering the past year. LA fire card is required within the last 30 days. Travelers will need to submit their own cell phone bills for reimbursement if applicable. Modules are non-billable and completion is self-reported.
