Registered Nurse Supervisor

Valley Center is seeking a Registered Nurse Supervisor to provide clinical leadership and ensure safe, high-quality patient care. In this role, you will oversee nursing staff on your shift, coordinate and monitor patient care plans, and administer medications and treatments in accordance with provider orders and facility protocols. You will support staff through coaching and delegation, ensure accurate EMR documentation, and promote compliance with infection control and regulatory standards. The RN Supervisor collaborates closely with physicians, therapists, patients, and families, responds to emergencies, and contributes to quality improvement initiatives to enhance outcomes and resident experience.
