Experienced marketers will find a full-time remote opportunity as a Growth Marketing Director, responsible for building and scaling the demand generation engine to drive pipeline and revenue growth through various marketing strategies and initiatives. Key responsibilities Lead and manage a team of marketers across various growth disciplines, setting strategy and priorities for each function Own and execute Hatch's demand generation strategy, focusing on driving qualified pipeline and revenue growth Direct high-performing paid acquisition campaigns and continuously optimize the broader growth engine through testing and analysis Required qualifications 10+ years of experience in B2B growth marketing or demand generation, preferably in a high-growth SaaS environment 5+ years of experience managing and developing marketing teams across multiple disciplines Proven success in driving measurable pipeline and revenue growth through integrated demand generation programs Deep expertise in managing paid acquisition across Google Search and LinkedIn, with a preference for experience with Meta Strong analytical skills with a solid understanding of SaaS growth metrics and data analysis tools
