Marketing, Sales & Communications Expert, PowerPoint Review & Reconstruction

Transform business-slide images into polished Microsoft PowerPoint presentations that help improve how next-generation AI systems learn, reason, and perform. This remote contract role draws on practical marketing, sales, and communications expertise to strengthen presentation design, messaging, and evidence-based storytelling. Prior AI experience is not required.

• Reconstruct marketing, sales, and communications slides from images in Microsoft PowerPoint.
• Improve visual design, data visualization, and storytelling while maintaining factual accuracy and domain-specific definitions.
• Create a detailed log for every slide explaining improvements made, intentional preservation choices, and the rationale for strong original decisions.
• Work across campaign performance reviews, brand strategies, sales pitch decks, executive board presentations, and investor communications.
• Use content editing, critical thinking, and written communication to clarify messaging, structure, and evidence-supported points.
• Apply marketing, sales enablement, and corporate communications best practices without removing important industry caveats or context.

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in marketing, brand, sales enablement, corporate communications, or a relevant agency environment.
• Experience developing executive-level presentations for senior leaders or client stakeholders.
• Advanced Microsoft PowerPoint skills, including slide reconstruction, layout, visual hierarchy, presentation design, and data visualization.
• Strong visual storytelling, content editing, critical thinking, attention to detail, and written communication skills.
• Ability to clearly explain messaging hierarchy and the reasoning behind presentation design choices.
• Direct industry or practitioner experience is valued; industry contributors and consultants are both welcome.
• Experience with AI training, evaluation, or rubric development is beneficial but not required.

• Remote contract engagement.

• $150 to $350 per hour.
