Job Summary:
The organization is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse specializing in Intensive Care Unit Cardiovascular within the North Carolina area. The role involves providing competent clinical nursing care consistent with professional standards in a hospital setting. The nurse will coordinate and deliver patient care utilizing the nursing process, with a focus on patients with complex cardiovascular conditions.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Days shift with 12 hours per shift, minimum of 36 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: Nursing Diploma or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) or Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) from an accredited school of Nursing. Licensed to practice as a Registered Nurse in North Carolina. Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Provider certification (AHA or ARC).
• Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) from an accredited school of Nursing.
• Additional Information: The role includes responsibilities such as patient assessment, care planning, point of care testing, interdisciplinary collaboration, discharge planning, and promoting a safe hospital environment. Candidates will be involved in performance improvement activities, effective communication, and providing culturally competent care.
