If so, we'd love to meet you!We're hiring a full-time Asset Manager for our Multifamily Housing Division.As an Asset Manager, you will play a crucial role in performing oversight over affordable housing properties that contribute to our mission. In this role, you will:Conduct comprehensive Management and Occupancy Reviews (MORs) and Compliance Monitoring Reviews, ensuring properties meet all federal, state, and local regulations, as well as governing documents.Monitor and evaluate financial compliance, risk, and exposure, identifying trends and providing thoughtful recommendations.Serve as a trusted primary point of contact for property owners and management agents, supporting effective program implementation, ongoing compliance, and successful operations across multifamily programs.To support onboarding and training, the initial six months of employment will be conducted in-office.
