About the Role
The Company is in need of a Vice President of Marketing to lead the development and execution of the marketing strategy and roadmap. The successful candidate will be responsible for defining and strengthening the company's market position, value proposition, and brand presence. This role involves monitoring industry trends, market opportunities, and competitive activity to inform strategy, as well as establishing marketing goals, KPIs, and performance measurement frameworks. The VP of Marketing will also drive demand generation programs, partner with sales leadership to align marketing initiatives with business development objectives, and oversee brand strategy to ensure consistency across all communications. Applicants must have a minimum of 10 years' progressive marketing experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role, and a background in the cyber industry. Experience with CRM tools, particularly HubSpot, is preferred. The role requires the ability to manage a marketing team and contractors, optimize lead generation and conversion strategies, and track and report on marketing performance, ROI, and revenue impact. The VP of Marketing will also be tasked with managing departmental budgets, fostering a culture of accountability and innovation, and collaborating with executive leadership and cross-functional teams for strategic initiatives. A key aspect of the position is to build, develop, and mentor a high-performing marketing team, and to ensure the company's reputation and visibility are strengthened within target industries.
