This position supports team members during the shift, maintains equipment and cleanliness standards, and ensures that all procedures are followed for quality and safety. Job Functions: + Lead and support truck wash team members during assigned shifts. + Ensure trucks are washed to company standards and customer expectations. + Monitor equipment functionality and perform basic troubleshooting or report issues. + Maintain a clean, organized wash bay and surrounding work area. + Assist with training new team members in procedures, safety, and customer service. + Communicate effectively with drivers and internal teams to coordinate service flow. + Must be able to talk, hear, move around, lift up to 50 pounds, see clearly to perform job duties, and work in various temperatures.
