Position Primary Therapist – Monte Nido Clementine Atlanta, Sandy Springs, Georgia – Per Diem About the Program Clementine Atlanta is a residential treatment program exclusively for adolescents seeking treatment for Anorexia Nervosa, Bulimia Nervosa, Binge Eating Disorder, or Exercise Addiction. We support adolescents and their families on the path to full recovery by preparing each adolescent to navigate life free of eating disorder and helping them replace it with healthy skills and a deep understanding of living a life that reflects their own unique individuality. Responsibilities Providing individual, group, and family therapy Serving as liaison with families and outpatient providers Interacting with insurance companies for pre‑certification and utilization management Participating in discharge and aftercare planning Providing therapeutic meal support while modeling a healthy relationship with food Providing safe, empathetic, and affirming care for each client based on intersecting identities Qualifications Master’s degree in clinical counseling or related discipline State license (or license‑eligible) in a counseling field (e.g., Psychologist, LMFT, LCSW, LPC) Prior experience with eating disorders and higher levels of care is helpful Knowledge of diversity, equity and inclusion practices Benefits Competitive compensation Medical, dental, and vision insurance coverage Retirement plan Company‑paid life insurance, AD&D, and short‑term disability Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Flexible Spending Account (FSA) Health Savings Account (HSA) Paid time off Professional development And many more!
