Precision Detailing is a family owned detailing company opening our new location in South Windsor, CT. We're looking for a motivated, experienced Automotive Detailer who takes pride in their work and wants steady hours, top pay, and long term career growth.

About the Role:

As a Car Detailer at Precision Detailing, you'll work on a wide variety of vehicles performing professional interior and exterior detailing, paint correction, paint enhancement, ceramic coating preparation, and vehicle protection services. We're looking for someone who enjoys producing exceptional results, pays attention to detail, and takes pride in delivering vehicles that exceed customer expectations. This position is ideal for an experienced detailer who wants to continue developing advanced detailing skills while growing with a company that plans to expand into additional locations.

What We're Looking For:

• Valid driver's license.
• References.
• Positive, professional attitude.
• Minimum 2 years of verifiable professional automotive detailing experience.
• Experience with interior and exterior detailing.
• Experience using polishers and professional detailing equipment.
• Experience performing paint decontamination and paint correction preferred.
• Experience applying ceramic coatings is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to work efficiently while maintaining high standards.
• Ability to communicate professionally with customers and teammates
• Reliable, motivated, and eager to continue learning.
