About the Role: At Wash Associates, a Customer Service Associate (CSA1) is focused on delivering exceptional customer service while driving membership sales. This role is the front line of the customer experience and plays a key part in maintaining a clean, efficient, and welcoming site. Key Responsibilities: Deliver excellent customer service by greeting customers and answering questions Promote and sell monthly memberships and upsell premium services Load vehicles and guide customers through the wash process safely Maintain site cleanliness, including general upkeep and equipment care Support daily operations and ensure a smooth, efficient workflow Encourage customer feedback and positive reviews Key Requirements: Strong communication and interpersonal skills; sales experience preferred Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment Customer-focused with attention to detail Ability to handle transactions accurately and responsibly Reliable and punctual with flexibility to work weekends and holidays Physically able to perform outdoor work and operate equipment No prior car wash experience is required—we provide on-site training to help you succeed.
