Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Include the following:

• Be on time. Be in a clean, presentable uniform and ready to work at your call time. Smile, make eye contact and be courteous!
• Be proactive approach your guest, don't wait for them to approach you. Be certain that each guest is greeted in a warm and friendly manner ("Hello, May I show you to your seat?). Escort all guest to their seats when possible.
• Inspect your area prior to an event to be certain that is clean and presentable to our guest. Check each ticket thoroughly noting date, section, seat and row number.
• Receive and act upon complaints from guest and refer them to your supervisor if unable to satisfy their needs. Know where your supervisor is at all times.
• Keep aisles clear of people. Politely inform guest where smoking is allowed. Notify your supervisor when spills or accidents occur in your section. When observing a guest with unauthorized contraband, contact your supervisor immediately if your polite request is met with resistance.

Other duties may be assigned.

Education and/or Experience

Previous customer service experience required.

Skills and Abilities

Bi-lingual (English/Spanish) will be strongly preferred. Strong communication and teamwork skills are a must.
