United Way Rock River Valley is seeking an experienced Director of Development to drive fundraising strategy, cultivate donor relationships, and lead a high-performing development team. This expanded leadership role will oversee annual campaigns, major gifts, corporate partnerships, grants, events, and donor stewardship while helping expand and diversify revenue growth. Responsibilities Drive fundraising strategy and lead a high-performing development team Oversee annual campaigns, major gifts, corporate partnerships, grants, events, and donor stewardship Cultivate and steward donor relationships to expand revenue growth Qualifications Bachelor\'s degree and 8+ years of fundraising and related leadership experience United Way experience or CRFE credentials a plus Proven success in relationship-based fundraising and donor cultivation Strong leadership, communication, project management, and analytical skills Experience with CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications Benefits Competitive salary starting at $90,000 - $110,000 Medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance Paid time off and holidays Opportunity to help shape the future of a respected organization serving the community for over 105 years #J-18808-Ljbffr
