We combine deep local expertise with enterprise‐level resources to support grid reliability, system upgrades, predictive maintenance, and emergency response across Canada and the US.### WHAT WE OFFER* 401K with 7% (US) / 5 % RRSP (CA) matching and immediate vesting* 100% employer paid benefits* Paid PTO* Career development and advancement opportunities* Travel and relocation opportunities throughout the larger organizationWHAT WE NEEDBopat Electric is hiring experienced Journeyman Service Electricians to troubleshoot, maintain, repair, and install commercial electrical systems.This position is ideal for a Journeyman Electrician who enjoys troubleshooting, solving complex electrical issues, working directly with customers, and performing a variety of service, maintenance, and installation work in commercial and industrial environments.WHAT YOU WILL DO* Troubleshoot, diagnose, repair, and maintain commercial electrical systems and equipment* Install, repair, and replace electrical equipment, panels, breakers, lighting, controls, switchgear, and power distribution systems* Read and interpret blueprints, electrical drawings, schematics, specifications, and one-line diagrams* Perform commercial electrical service work while identifying issues and recommending effective solutions* Follow all safety regulations, NEC standards, and company guidelines* Communicate professionally with customers, contractors, and team members while completing service calls efficiently and safelyWHAT YOU BRING* Active Maryland Journeyman Electrician License or equivalent Journeyman License from a reciprocating state* 5+ years of commercial electrical experience* Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills* Experience servicing, repairing, and installing commercial electrical systems* Knowledge of conduit, switchgear, panelboards, power distribution, lighting, motor controls, fire alarm, and low-voltage systems* Ability to read and interpret blueprints, electrical drawings, specifications, and one-line diagrams* Strong understanding of NEC requirements and electrical safety practices* OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification preferred* Valid driver's licenseUnsolicited resumes from third-party agencies will not be accepted.
