HEALTH PHYSICIST

US Marine Corps

Duties

You will perform analyses to determine radionuclide identification and quantity in a variety of samples such as mud, water, air, waste material, work areas and the human body.

You will develop and recommend control measures or changes in procedures to cause compliance which are reviewed by a senior employee.

You will perform basic cleaning and adjusting of radiation health equipment.

You will prepare reports of dosimeter results, investigations, analyses, and surveys including assessments, conclusions, and recommendations.

You will assist in inspections and surveillances of operations performed by other organizations to determine compliance with requirements promulgated by the Shipyard and higher authorities.
