Position Summary Start your pharmacy career or transition to a closed‑door pharmacy setting by joining our Pharmacy Support Staff‑Back End team. You will support order fulfillment in a collaborative environment focused on delivering the best customer support. Day In The Life As a Back‑End Pharmacy Support staff member, you will receive product deliveries, pull and stage product for distribution, rotate stock, and coordinate activities with delivery drivers. Responsibilities Receive product deliveries, pull and stage product for distribution, rotate stock, and coordinate activities with delivery drivers. Perform order fulfillment including packaging and dispensing of medication, reviewing delivery orders and bins for accuracy. Coordinate stock rotations, prepare finished prescriptions and other light warehouse duties. Perform physical inventories of medication. Scan all medication pending for delivery. Sort baskets for delivery by facility units, location, and delivery times. Required Qualifications Certification, licensed, or registered pharmacy technician, or as required by state law. One (1) or more years of experience in a pharmacy, retail, or medical setting. Preferred Qualifications Prior experience in the long‑term care industry. Education Verifiable high school diploma or GED. Work Schedule Anticipated weekly hours: 40. Time type: Full‑time. Compensation Pay range: $16.00 - $26.21 per hour, base hourly rate or full‑time salary within the job grade. Actual salary will depend on experience, education, geography, and other factors.
