Job Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of the company's financial operations, including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance
- Conduct regular balance sheet reconciliations to identify and resolve any discrepancies
- Oversee the month-end and year-end closing processes
- Perform account reconciliations and general ledger reconciliations
- Provide financial analysis and reporting to support decision-making processes
- Develop and implement internal controls to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Collaborate with other departments to develop budgets and forecasts
- Stay up-to-date with changes in accounting standards and regulations
- Data entry
- Look for fraudulent charges
- Bachelor's Degree or related degree
- Experience with account reconciliation, general ledger reconciliation, and account analysis
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- QuickBooks experience
