Job Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of the company's financial operations, including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll
• Prepare and analyze financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance
• Conduct regular balance sheet reconciliations to identify and resolve any discrepancies
• Oversee the month-end and year-end closing processes
• Perform account reconciliations and general ledger reconciliations
• Provide financial analysis and reporting to support decision-making processes
• Develop and implement internal controls to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
• Collaborate with other departments to develop budgets and forecasts
• Stay up-to-date with changes in accounting standards and regulations
• Data entry
• Look for fraudulent charges

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree or related degree
• Experience with account reconciliation, general ledger reconciliation, and account analysis
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• QuickBooks experience
