Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing a variety of maintenance tasks to ensure that our facilities and equipment remain in excellent working condition. This position demands a proactive approach to identifying and solving maintenance issues efficiently and effectively, ensuring minimal disruptions to operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Perform routine inspections of facilities and equipment to identify any issues that require maintenance or repair.
- Conduct timely and effective troubleshooting and repair of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and other systems.
- Execute preventive maintenance tasks according to the established schedule to ensure equipment reliability and performance.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repair activities, including inventory of tools and parts.
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to address maintenance needs and ensure smooth facility operations.
- Comply with safety regulations and maintain a clean and safe work environment at all times.
- Provide recommendations for equipment improvements and potential cost-saving opportunities.
- Assist in the installation and commissioning of new equipment or systems as needed.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a Maintenance Technician or in a similar role is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of maintenance procedures, equipment, and tools.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics.
- Familiarity with HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems.
- Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills.
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to maintenance tasks.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Effective communication skills to interact with colleagues and other departments.
- Certification in relevant maintenance skills or trade is a plus.

Working Conditions:

- This position may require standing, bending, and lifting heavy objects.
- Ability to work in various environments, including outdoor settings and confined spaces.
- Occasional overtime or on-call shifts may be required to address urgent maintenance needs.
