Warehouse Operations Supervisor

Xpedient Logsitics

Xpedient Logistics, a Houston-based 3PL, is seeking a Warehouse Operations Supervisor to lead daily warehouse activities in a high-volume, fast-paced environment. In this role, you will oversee receiving, picking, packing, and shipping, manage and coach warehouse associates, and ensure inventory accuracy and on-time order fulfillment. You will champion safety, maintain OSHA compliance, and monitor KPIs to drive continuous improvement. This position offers hands-on exposure to modern warehousing, transportation, and diverse customer needs, with opportunities to advance in logistics and supply chain operations.
