($800 referrer / $200 referee- Payable after 200 hours of work)Personalized Support - Work with a dedicated recruiter committed to your success.Exclusive Employee Benefits - Enjoy free continuing education (CEUs) exclusive marketplace discounts, hotel savings, pet insurance, and Employee Assistance Program.Shift Details:12-hours shiftDays, Nights, Weekends and HolidaysMinimum of 2 shifts per week or as neededNursing Specialty: Behavioral Health RNRN Duties & Responsibilities:RNs will be providing comprehensive care to patients with acute psychiatric disorders, including mood disorders, psychosis, and substance use disorders in a locked behavioral health unit.RNs are responsible for delivering direct patient care, including monitoring mental and physical status, providing suicide prevention, elopement precautions, administering medications, supporting therapeutic interventions, and maintaining patient and unit safety through continuous observation and adherence to security protocols.Minimum QualificationsCurrent, valid, and unrestricted CA license/certification in good standing, as required for the position.Minimum of one (1) year of recent inpatient Behavioral Health and Medical/Surgical nursing experience in a Level 1 Trauma Institution in a metropolitan city with a diverse population.AHA BLS CertificationMAB or CPILA City Fire and Life Safety Card (must be LA City)Must complete the LA County Employee Health Clearance before assignment start dateCopy of current, completed Primary Source Verification (PSV) from the appropriate licensing board or verification agency, if required.Copy of all current required certifications and compliance documents (e.g.,.
