We are currently seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Family/Internal Medicine Physician who is bilingual in English and Spanish to join our growing team at our Boca Raton , Florida medical center.

Schedule

• Monday Friday
• 9:00 AM 6:00 PM
• No Weekends.
• No on-call responsibilities

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care services to patients of all ages.
• Diagnose and manage acute and chronic medical conditions.
• Perform preventive care, annual wellness visits, and health screenings.
• Develop individualized treatment plans and coordinate care with specialists and interdisciplinary team members.
• Order and interpret laboratory and diagnostic testing.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation within the electronic medical record (EMR).
• Educate patients and families on preventive health, chronic disease management, and overall wellness.
• Collaborate with the multidisciplinary care team to improve quality outcomes and enhance the patient experience.

Qualifications

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine.
• Active Florida medical license or the ability to obtain one prior to employment.
• Active DEA registration or eligibility.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is required.
• Passion for providing comprehensive, patient-centered primary care.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and patient engagement skills.
