Corporate Associate - Miami The Miami office seeks a mid-to-senior level Corporate Associate with 3‑5 years of experience in M&A transactions, preferably including private equity and other equity investments, joint ventures, corporate governance, licensing, and partnership issues. Ideal candidates should have experience with lender representation, sophisticated commercial real estate finance transactions, developer representation and leasing. Must be proficient at complex legal drafting. Prior law firm experience and Florida Bar required. Must be bilingual (English/Spanish). Professional‑level proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking both languages is required to serve our clients.
