Fund & Investment Operations Analyst

Serve as subject matter and technical expert for complex fund and investment operational issues Analyze cash flow, transaction, and portfolio holdings data Lead process improvement efforts and recommend solutions Document procedures across fund and investment product types Produce gold copy data and enhance output Communicate with internal and external partners to resolve process and reconciliation issues Oversee research and implementation of complex process improvements Oversee daily operations, manage controls, and verify process completion Identify opportunities for process improvements and proactively propose solutions Participate in special projects and perform other duties as assigned Requirements Two years’ related work experience Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience Strong investment acumen and data analysis background Fund accounting experience nice to have Vanguard is not offering visa sponsorship for this position Core Competencies Demonstrates expertise in fund and investment operations, with a strong focus on data analysis, process improvement, and effective communication with stakeholders.
