We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Car Sales Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales and providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced automotive environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong negotiation skills and a passion for automobiles, with the ability to connect with customers and guide them through the purchasing process. This position requires a proactive approach to sales, including outside sales efforts, and maintaining a robust sales pipeline.

Duties:

• Engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences in automobile sales
• Conduct product demonstrations and explain features of vehicles to potential buyers
• Negotiate pricing and terms of sale to close deals effectively
• Manage the sales process from initial contact through delivery, ensuring customer satisfaction at every stage
• Utilize CRM software to track leads, manage customer interactions, and maintain accurate records
• Maintain knowledge of inventory control and management practices to ensure availability of vehicles
• Provide support in upselling additional products or services that enhance the customer experience

Skills:

• Strong negotiation skills with a focus on closing deals effectively
• Familiarity with CRM software and sales management tools
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with an emphasis on phone etiquette
• Ability to speak multiple languages (bilingual or multilingual) is a plus
• Experience in retail sales or customer service within an automotive dealership setting is highly desirable
• Proficient in organizational skills and retail math for managing transactions accurately
• Knowledge of inventory management practices and marketing strategies related to automobile sales
