We are soliciting applications from outstanding candidates with demonstrated experience in both Clinical Molecular and Cytogenetic laboratory diagnostics. The Division of Diagnostic Genetics/Genomics and Therapeutics includes five CLIA-certified and CAP-accredited clinical laboratories which together make up the IU Genetic Testing Laboratories. These include: Molecular Genetics, Cytogenetics, Pharmacogenomics, Biochemical Genetics and Diagnostic Genomics, which performs high-throughput Next-Generation Sequencing. The successful candidate will participate in a busy and expanding diagnostic laboratory service, which offers prenatal, constitutional and oncology services for University and state-wide patient care. In addition, the individual will participate in our ACGME-accredited Laboratory Genetics and Genomics fellowship training program and participate in training residents and graduate students as part of the departmental teaching mission. The academic appointment, salary and benefit package is commensurate with qualifications.
