About the Role
The Company is seeking an Executive Vice President for Client Services with a clear mandate to be the enterprise owner of client health, growth, and operational excellence. The successful candidate will be responsible for the financial and revenue protection of the client portfolio, with a focus on delivering or exceeding organic and new business growth targets. This role also involves acting as a senior strategic partner to VP+ client marketing and procurement leadership, ensuring 100% client retention by proactively monitoring and addressing trust signals, and translating business objectives into integrated solutions that drive measurable growth. Operational excellence is a key aspect of the role, requiring the elevation of work standards, strengthening of accountability, and the integration of departments to ensure that every major initiative is anchored in clear behavioral objectives and strategic insight. The EVP will also be tasked with advancing the commercial model, evolving to value-based pricing, and protecting strategic work from commoditization. A critical part of the position is talent and team depth, which includes cultivating a high-performing, accountable team, building a promotable bench of senior client leaders, and ensuring that all direct reports have growth plans to achieve retention goals. The ideal candidate will be a visionary leader, capable of driving the company's mission to be the destination for ambitious talent, clients, and partners.
