SHIFT SUPERVISOR (DAY)

Position Shift Supervisor Shift 5:30 am - 3:00 pm Hourly Compensation $14.50 – $15.00 (annually $35,500 – $37,000) Responsibilities Teach, coach and provide leadership to the store crew members. Maximize store sales through customer satisfaction and food quality. Oversee the shift operations of the food service function, grocery market and fountain sales. Actively participate in monitoring inventory and supply levels, kitchen equipment, safety and cleanliness as needed. Share in responsibility for ensuring that store policies and practices are implemented and followed accordingly. Work days vary based on a rotating 3‑week schedule with an expected 45 hour work week. Reports to Assistant Manager Qualifications We are looking for candidates who demonstrate the following traits and abilities: Customer focus. Work ethic with a high standard for integrity. Adaptability to customer and employee needs as well as store environment conditions. Effective communication with leadership team members. Follow‑up and follow‑through discipline. Initiate action and achieve goals. Organized, detail‑oriented and able to follow practices and procedures. Retail experience. High School Diploma or G.E.D. At least 21 years old. Valid Driver's License.
