You will oversee all aspects of day-to-day operations, manage staff, handle orders, and maintain equipment and facilities to uphold our high standards of quality and service.**Key Responsibilities:**1. **Manage Day-to-Day Operations:** Oversee the efficient operation of the bakery, including production, packaging, and distribution of cookies.2. **Supervise Staff:** Provide leadership and guidance to bakery staff, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance management.3. **Manage Orders:** Coordinate with team to fulfill orders promptly and accurately, ensuring customer satisfaction.4. **Maintain Equipment/Facility:** Ensure all bakery equipment is properly maintained, serviced, and in good working condition.
