Job Overview

Chestnut Land Company, the nation's largest domestic franchise partner of Auntie Anne's Pretzels, is seeking a high-energy General Manager for our Charlotte Premium Outlets location. This role is fully responsible for the overall supervision, daily operations, and profitability of the store. You will lead team recruitment, ensure operational excellence, and uphold Auntie Anne's celebrated standards for product quality and customer service.

Compensation & Benefits

• Base Salary: $52,000-$61,750 per year.
• Bonus Potential: Up to $5,200 annually.

Essential Duties

• Drive profitability: Manage overall store operations to meet strict financial and sales goals.
• Build teams: Recruit, interview, hire, and onboard staff to fulfill location needs.
• Develop staff: Evaluate employee performance, sign off on training assessments, and manage disciplinary actions.
• Optimize labor: Build weekly schedules using accurate sales projections and compliance frameworks.
• Manage inventory: Order all necessary store resources, food products, and supplies.
• Enforce compliance: Audit daily financial paperwork and promote rigid cash handling policies.
• Maintain quality: Prep, bake, and serve fresh pretzel products alongside your crew.
• Lead culture: Conduct routine staff meetings and foster a highly motivated team environment.
• Handle relations: Act as the primary liaison with mall management and marketing specialists.
• Preserve standards: Ensure absolute adherence to the Chestnut Land Company "Promise Code of Conduct."

Qualifications

• Experience: Proven management experience in a restaurant, retail, or fast-paced hospitality environment.
• Credentials: Must hold a valid driver's license.
• Flexibility: Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and peak holiday shifts.
