Sales Specialist-Walmart

Job Description

gpac is partnering with a rapidly growing leader in the CPG industry to hire a Sales Specialist - Walmart (Forecasting & Replenishment) .


This high-visibility role is critical to driving Walmart business performance through forecasting, replenishment planning, inventory management, promotional execution, analytics, and account support. You’ll work closely with sales leadership, supply chain, finance, and Walmart stakeholders to maximize in-stock performance and fuel profitable growth with one of retail’s most influential customers.


What You’ll Do

• Manage forecasting and replenishment activities to support Walmart business performance
• Monitor inventory levels, POS trends, purchase orders, deductions, and replenishment metrics
• Support promotional execution and ensure strong in-stock performance
• Build reporting models and analyze business data to identify growth opportunities
• Partner cross-functionally with sales, supply chain, finance, and Walmart teams
• Leverage Walmart systems and analytics tools to drive operational excellence and account success

What We’re Looking For

• 3-5+ years of experience in CPG sales support, replenishment, forecasting, category management, or analytics
• Experience supporting Walmart or other major national retail accounts strongly preferred
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, Marketing, or related field preferred
• Hands-on experience with Walmart systems including Retail Link, Luminate, Supplier One, Scintilla, and OTIF Scorecard
• Advanced Excel skills including Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, and reporting models
• Strong analytical, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment and manage multiple priorities
• Bentonville-based or able to commute daily

Compensation


Base salary range: $80K-$105K, depending on experience.
