Assist with Emotional Wellness programming and promote a positive Clubhouse culture. Support youth with emotional regulation, skill building, and behavioral interventions. Use trauma-informed, restorative, and de-escalation practices to help youth navigate challenges. Collaborate with the Emotional Wellness Team and Clubhouse staff to meet the individual needs of members. Maintain detailed case notes and track data to support member progress. Participate in team meetings and collaborate to identify the best supports for youth. What We’re Looking For At least one year of experience working with youth. Compassion, patience, strong communication, and problem‑solving skills. Ability to remain calm and respond effectively in challenging situations. Comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment. A commitment to continuous learning around behavior management, trauma‑informed care, restorative practices, and crisis intervention techniques. Bonus Points For Relevant coursework or degrees in Social Work, Human Services, Psychology, or Counseling. Advanced knowledge of child/adolescent development, social emotional learning, and trauma‑informed care. Experience with outcome evaluation and continuous improvement in a human services setting.
