Title: Dental Assistant
Job Type: Permanent / Direct Hire
Setting: Dental Office - Non-Profit
Location: Kansas City, MO - 1 opening in South KC and 1 opening in Swope Park/SE KC area
Schedule: Full-time, Mon-Fri, 8am-5pm
Job Summary
The Dental Assistant supports dental care delivery by preparing treatment rooms, patients, instruments, and materials while providing chairside assistance to dental clinicians. This role is responsible for maintaining a clean and sterile treatment environment, assisting with procedures, completing radiographs and EMR documentation, and helping ensure an efficient patient experience.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Dental Assistant certification required
- Previous dental assisting experience preferred
- Experience with four-handed dentistry, dental radiographs, and EMR documentation preferred
