Job Duties Greet and assist clients, visitors, and vendors in a professional manner Answer and direct incoming phone calls Schedule appointments and manage calendars for staff and accountants Receive, sort, and distribute mail, packages, and client documents Maintain client files and ensure records are organized and accurate Assist with document preparation, scanning, copying, and filing Monitor office supplies and place orders as needed Support tax season operations by assisting with client intake and document collection Maintain a clean and welcoming reception area Provide administrative support to accounting and office staff as requested Requirements High school diploma or equivalent required Previous receptionist, administrative assistant, or customer service experience preferred Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook Strong verbal and written communication skills Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities Professional appearance and demeanor Ability to handle confidential information with discretion Strong attention to detail and accuracy Preferred Skills Experience in a professional office environment Familiarity with accounting, tax, or financial services offices is a plus Comfortable working with multiple deadlines and priorities Benefits Competitive Weekly Pay Comprehensive Benefits including medical, dental, and vision coverage.
