Senior Resource Manager

To optimize resource deployment across global portfolios, the full-time Senior Resource Manager will oversee daily resourcing, manage contractor relationships, and drive operational excellence while working remotely and aligning with EST hours. Key responsibilities Oversee daily resourcing across multiple client portfolios and lead global portfolio resourcing calls Manage all aspects of contractor onboarding, extensions, and offboarding while ensuring compliance with company standards Maintain high-quality data for accurate reporting and partner with teams to refine forecasting and time-tracking processes Required qualifications 3-5+ years of experience in resourcing, workforce planning, or operations within marketing or professional services Deep understanding of project delivery cycles in creative or B2B marketing contexts Advanced skills in resource planning tools such as Kantata, Float, and Excel Strong commercial mindset with the ability to balance financial efficiency and operational excellence Proven ability to communicate effectively and manage stakeholders across senior levels
