This role provides oversight and direction for clinical care on our outpatient unit, while also maintaining a caseload. The Team Lead delivers professional behavioral health services—including assessments and psychotherapy—to support recovery and promote overall wellness for a designated population. Licensed Candidate Behavioral Health Professional (LCBHP) – Master’s degree in a relevant field + active supervision toward licensure.Additional Requirements: Must have a valid driver’s license and be open to job-related travel (e.g., training). The inpatient and outpatient services they provide include special groups and programs for adolescents, persons with co-occurring mental health and substance abuse disorders, seniors and older adults, women, men, and criminal justice groups.
