HR Specialist

Description JOB SUMMARY At HCW Hospitality, our people are our greatest asset. As the Corporate HR Specialist, you’ll play a key role in supporting our properties and fostering a positive work environment. WHAT YOU'LL DO As an HR Specialist, you’ll provide essential support for our HR operations. In this role, you will: Assist HCW properties with recruitment and onboarding processes including I-9 and E-Verify compliance and troubleshooting. Maintain the company database of employee records and files as required by government regulations and HCW policies and procedures. Provide all HCW properties with HRIS system support. Process all internal associate transactions & processes (transfer, termination, employment verifications, etc.) Support payroll processing and benefits administration. Condense and expedite paperwork, improve record keeping. WHAT YOU BRING We’re looking for an organized, detail-oriented professional with a passion for HR. To excel in this role, you’ll need: Experience in HR or a related field. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. The ability to handle confidential information with discretion. Excellent organizational and time-management abilities. Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office. Must have the ability to assimilate complex information, data, etc. from disparate sources and consider, adjust, or modify to meet the constraints of the particular need.
