Qualifications and Preferred Experience:

• Hold, or be eligible to obtain, a Michigan SLP license
• Valid Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) and/or Clinical Fellowship (CFY) status
• Previous experience working within school environments is highly valued
• Strong commitment to supporting student growth, collaboration, and advocacy
• Excellent communication, rapport-building, and documentation skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments, develop individualized education plans (IEPs), and provide direct/indirect speech therapy services to assigned students
• Collaborate closely with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to foster academic achievement and social communication
• Monitor, record, and communicate student progress regularly
• Offer intervention for a diverse caseload, meeting the needs of students with varying communication challenges
• Maintain current documentation and compliance with state and federal regulations
