We are looking for a highly motivated and skilled Marketing Director and Specialty Leasing Coordinator to help promote and lease retail space. The ideal candidate will have extensive marketing and negotiating experience. In addition, the candidate will need to have a knowledge of the market and retail trends. This person must be able to write reports, solicit new business, communicate effectively and design and implement promotional events. The role also requires a deep understanding of the local environment and interacting with community leaders. A qualified candidate must have 3-5 years of progressive marketing experience with at least 2-3 years of managing retail portfolios. A bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business administration or a related field is necessary. Also, the right person will have exceptional leadership skills, public speaking and interpersonal communications skills. We offer competitive salary plus a performance-based bonus structure.
