**Job Summary:**
As a Finance Manager at Ed Payne Motors, you will be responsible for overseeing all financial activities of the organization. You will analyze financial data, monitor the company's financial health, and provide strategic financial guidance to senior management.

**Qualifications:**
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Finance Manager or similar role.
- In-depth knowledge of financial regulations and accounting principles.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in financial management software.

**Responsibilities:**
- Develop financial strategies and plans to ensure the company's long-term financial health.
- Monitor financial performance and prepare financial reports for senior management.
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
- Manage financial audits and tax planning.
- Evaluate and recommend financial investments.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations.
