Financial Reporting Senior – High‑Impact Role at a Leading Manufacturing & Distribution Company

Base pay range
$125,000.00/yr - $150,000.00/yr
What You’ll Do
Own key areas of external reporting
- Support quarterly and annual SEC filings, ensuring accuracy and compliance with US GAAP.
- Assist in the company’s transition from IFRS to US GAAP, building tools, processes, and documentation that drive consistency and compliance.
- Partner across Finance, Operations, and Corporate teams to streamline and standardize reporting workflows.
- Identify opportunities to enhance analysis, controls, and reporting efficiency across a broad organizational footprint.
Be hands‑on with month‑end & reporting
- Contribute to monthly, quarterly, and year‑end close activities.
- Help ensure timely and accurate consolidated financial reporting.
Dig into technical accounting
- Research complex or unusual transactions and prepare high‑quality technical accounting memos.
- Jump in on special projects that shape the company’s financial narrative.
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 5+ years of professional experience , ideally including Big 4 or large‑company audit experience
- Strong US GAAP knowledge and reporting experience
- CPA preferred
