Order-to-Cash Operations Specialist

Ready to Own the Order-to-Cash Journey in Beaumont, CA? Do you find satisfaction in turning complex order queues into on-time deliveries? Are you the kind of person who enjoys coordinating with sales, inventory, and shipping while keeping customers informed? If yes, this role may be your ideal next step. Your Impact Accurately capture and process customer orders using our order management system—speed and precision are your trademarks. Partner closely with sales, inventory, and shipping to meet fulfillment timelines. Track order progress and proactively provide status updates to customers. Analyze order data to spot trends and propose improvements. Investigate and resolve issues related to orders, payments, or shipping variances. Keep customer records updated and complete within our databases. Assist in drafting and enhancing order management policies and SOPs. Provide documentation and support for audits and compliance tasks. Must-Haves Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. 1–3 years of experience in order management or a comparable role. Proven analytical ability and meticulous attention to detail. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and familiarity with order management applications. Excellent written and verbal communication; strong collaboration skills. Comfort working autonomously and within cross-functional teams. Resourceful problem-solver who can manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
